Spring water from Mount Tumbledown and the finest barley imported from the UK goes into the base for our whisky.

The Casks

Maturing takes place for three years and a day, abiding by the Scottish Whisky Association's rules for single malt whisky.

The Taste

The small batch nature of our hand-crafting process means there will variations in the spirit, with no two barrels being exactly the same.
